I’ve never seen much CFL because they don’t show it much in Texas. I guess I could check it out on YouTube. I know Warren Moon won like 5 Grey Cups before coming to the NFL. Flutir too right?
I guess? I don't fuss over individual players myself, I just like to watch it with my husband; this is the first year he's had to actually enjoy a whole season of it. And my team kind of sucks this year (but at least it isn't Edmonton, who just stink up whatever field they walk onto this season), though mostly my support boils down to "anyone but Toronto".
But I guarantee the Grey Cup is gonna have better music than the Superbowl this year, at least. ;)
And yeah, there's a lot of cross-feed between CFL and NFL, I've heard some American players prefer CFL even if it isn't as much money or glory (and there does seem to be a lot of Americans playing, but fair enough, a lot of our kids want to aim straight for NFL, I'm sure.)
I haven’t really followed basketball since Jordan retired. I will root for Mavs if they are in playoffs but only watch if someone is having a watch party or I’m at a restaurant
No problem. In high school my dad got a job in the DC area (Northern VA) so my last two years were up there. I watched the Orioles a lot. Ripken has always been one of my favorite players along with Griffey Jr. I bought a Ripken rookie card not too long ago. Orioles will be a tough team in the playoffs. My Rangers barely made it in
Yup. She gets so much attention but she is just another left wing celebrity who spouts the current day platitudes. They are a dime a dozen.
By the way who is your favorite football team? Mine is the Cowboys. Baseball the Rangers and Hockey the Stars. I’m sure you can detect a pattern lol
Grey Cup > Superbowl

I haven’t watched Korean baseball yet but Japanese baseball is great. I remember an anime about a baseball team that was really good
3 consistently championship-winning-or-contender Texas NBA teams and no love there?
(disclaimer: I haven't watched in like 7 seasons; quit during the 2016-2017 season after Popovich went on an Orange Hitler rant.)

Ha! Same for the O’s.
