I guess? I don't fuss over individual players myself, I just like to watch it with my husband; this is the first year he's had to actually enjoy a whole season of it. And my team kind of sucks this year (but at least it isn't Edmonton, who just stink up whatever field they walk onto this season), though mostly my support boils down to "anyone but Toronto".
But I guarantee the Grey Cup is gonna have better music than the Superbowl this year, at least. ;)
And yeah, there's a lot of cross-feed between CFL and NFL, I've heard some American players prefer CFL even if it isn't as much money or glory (and there does seem to be a lot of Americans playing, but fair enough, a lot of our kids want to aim straight for NFL, I'm sure.)

Green Day
Not a huge fan myself, but it's still better than hiphop/black stuff in general, there's way too much of that lately.
I'm just surprised they didn't get some shitty Canadian Content band, like Nelly Furtado or some shit.
Green Day 2004: "Don't be an American Idiot, controlled by the media."
Green Day 2016: "You can't attack the sacred institution of our national media, Drumpf!"
