Home addresses where the person before did something that made Amazon mad enough to cut them off. But, they don't cut off a name, they cut off the whole address. Some places entire apartment buildings because they were once a single home divided up into apartments.
So did this illegal monopoly just occur one day then years later the FTC decides to do something? I thought their purpose was to prevent this from happening in the first place.
But then they seem cool with Microsoft purchasing the entire games industry, so...
FTC ignores google’s monopoly because google abuses it to target conservatives?
Not enough, apparently.
at least they're doing something. that is, I hope they're doing something and not just putting on a show
Try moving to an address Amazon had previously blocked. There's nothing to do but use a different service. ( the better choice anyways)
what kind of address has amazon blocked?
an ip address or a home address?

Couldn't you use a PO box?
They try to encourage pickup locations. But , I never had Amazon before I lived on the 3rd floor. They're bringing that shit to me!
FTC just demanding more money. Some hush hush deals and the case will be dropped.
Exactly what happens. They bluster, some top bureaucrats get paid. Business as usual.
Unexpected. Who did they piss off?
cool it with antisemitic remarks

monopolies can only exist because the government sticks its dick where it doesn't belong.
they paid corrupt government people to fuck with business rivals
I admit I don't like that by pre-paying for package shipping I end up subsidizing Amazon's troon-o-vision.
And I further suspect that if people had to pay for the troon-o-vision separate from the shipping, there wouldn't be enough money to fund it.
That all said it's probably still all bullshit, because of all the possible anti-trust actions out there they pick this one.
