I know almost nothing about Bleach, but even I know you're likely talking about Vic Mignogna.
It's why I gave up my voiceover dreams, despite living in/around the same city as an anime dub studio.
One wrong move, one slipped word, and they will ruin my reputation. Or at least blacklist me.
Plus, look at the type of people you'd have to work with.
I don't know how successful he's been but see if you can apply to Vic's studio. Well, you personally might have moved on from the idea already, but it's something other people interested in voice acting might try.
Just go indie on YT. Or just become a Vtuber. Just don't go corpo.
