13/52 and 13/90 are racist numeric codes used by white supremacists to

I'd argue they do actually mean it as they said it in this case. Per capita? Sure. But in general it is just crime overall; whites are much more likely to victimize other whites, blacks with blacks, etc. That is an overall crime trend, so in this case I don't view the ADL as trying to pull a fast one with that phrasing.
My favorite part though, is that the ADL of all organizations is essentially demanding people ignore interracial crime (in this particular and very specific instance, of course!) because it's a relatively small proportion of overall crime. You know what else is tiny proportion of overall crime? Antisemitic attacks. White on black attacks. Guess we gotta ignore those too, right, ADL?
I'd like them to give the explanation as to why 13/52 is "hate number". Might make some normies start noticing things, so better leave it unexplained.
