I have a very liberal co-worker and we get along (we never discuss politics) and she went on a rant about about trans rights and the ban on the transing of children in Texas and gave the usual screed about old white men and then she kept going on about how she couldn't believe anyone would be stupid enough to vote for Gov. Abbott. That was when I told her that I had voted for him and she was shocked and said she thought I was more progressive. I then asked her if a kid can tell you that he/she is the opposite sex and we have to take that as the gospel truth, then why can't a 10 year old tell me that he wants beer for him and his friends at his birthday party because he is mature enough to make such a decision. Heck, why have any restrictions for kids?
She told me it wasn't the same thing and walked away. I remember about 20 years ago someone told me that the end game for the lgbt activists (not the ones who truly want to be left alone of course) was pedophilia and I told him that he was being paranoid. Now, I fear that the day is common with the mainstream media will openly defend pedophilia once they can "normalize" a kid changing their sex.
I think a great many people are aware of what the mainstream is doing. It's just that they never report on us, except to call us names and how evil we are. We're also censored from talking on any mainstream platforms.
It's why I, and many others, have abandoned the mainstream right wing. They don't act in our best interests, they perpetually offer solutions that either don't work, or are 5-50 years too late, or more regularly they just offer "strongly worded" condemnations but don't actually do anything, they don't conserve anything, have capitulated on every subject over the last several decades, never, ever, push back and regain ground that we've lost, even when they've regained political power, and have abandoned their political base (White people) for our Kalergi plan replacements (non-whites), which means they know what open borders and mass immigration is doing, but rather than stop it, have abandoned White people. At the minimum, it makes them ineffectual, cowards, and contemptible weaklings.
Given their repeated pattern of behavior, I believe it's much more likely that they're a controlled opposition, a false choice trap, to entrap people from moving further right, to give us the illusion of resistance, while our efforts, votes, and donations are wasted, to propagandize and lure us with false arguments. It's quite clever, but still abhorrent, evil, and inherently dishonest. Allow heated "debate" within a small window, and control both sides of the debate, while pushing the window toward evil, the true end goal, and attack any opposition outside that window, from both sides.
There are a few wins credited to the right, but that's more associated with local politics, which are less likely to be corrupt, and enable genuine people to prevail. In any case, this false choice trap isn't just with political parties, but with media as well.
The reason why you don't hear mainstream rightwing media pundits or politicians voicing vicious opposition to this clear evil, and effective strategies at fighting it, is that it's all theater. They give the illusion of resistance, but offer none but eventual compromise. We've already seen the mainstream right acquiesce to trannies, trying to push the "based trannies" recently. Give it a few years and they'll be pushing the idea of "based pedos", and that "we were the true pedo supporters all along". I wish I was joking. It's also why you see the mainstream right attack anyone to their right, using the same arguments and ad hominems as the left, and even censor the same certain topics.
In any case, the mainstream right wing needs to be abandoned, and new choices offered, in terms of political parties, leaders, businesses, and media organizations. With how much the mainstream left and right are accelerating toward evil, the opportunity is rife for actual resistance, solutions that work, to regain ground. That starts small, and local. Many don't want to put in the effort, but I do know such people and organizations would gain a lot of support very quickly.
