Right, in a system of who can be the loudest, most persistent, or biggest trolls, these 2 groups win vs normal people:
block and mute are functionally the same from your perspective, except one prevents the target from interacting with other people who see your tweets
is there a purpose to block vs mute other than to curate your comments?
