I've been vegan for over a decade, and even I think this is insane. I didn't even make my kids in ky home go vegan with me. As an adult woman I had different dietary needs than growing boys.

And it's HARD with inflation for me to eat good nutrition. Have you seen the price of nuts? It's nuts!
