This mod has it backwards. Being post-apocalyptic Boston means most of the people should be brown-skinned, because we all know that libshit-stain of a state would ensure their ancestors would have been the ones to get all the reserved spots in the vaults.
Except Fallout has an alternate history. The point is that society culturally stagnated around the 50s, meaning that even Boston wouldn't have been like it is today. Not like the South, since it's still very much a northern state, but it was still the attitude of the 50s.
Kinda wish fallout series was more gritty and mature.. previous fallouts had prostitutes.
There should be raiders raping and enslaving people. Vault dwellers would be most prized since they have the cleanest individuals that are least affected by radiation. Its just too PG.
I was shocked that the Mad Max game had plenty of cannibals and rapists mucking about.
Seeing the raiders/marauders/etc., attacking people on the road and killing/assaulting other NPCs in real-time while you're minding your own business really added a lot to the post-apocalyptic vibe of the game.
We'll never get another big-budget AAA game like that again.
