A friend of mine got moved to a team that is manage by an indian and became full of indians in record time. They are actively hostile against any non-indian, stuff like not giving you proper permissions to do your job and then having to wait weeks before getting them, not sharing info, giving you bad assignments stuff like that.
And I've seen similar behavior in my previous company. Not only do they favor their own, they are very much hostile to non-indians.
Whites are the only people who have been propagandized to in this way. No one does it to anyone else, and whites, despite all of this, still largely prefer our own. Even the anti-white shitlib whites end up living amongst other whites and with mostly white social circles.
It's just like when one Indian gets to hire somebody. They never hire anyone but other Indians. Of course he would bring more Indians in, he is one.
