He makes a more convincing dog that trannies make for convincing humans......which isn't saying much but hey at least he didn't get surgeries.

That said he should be instantly arrested for public indecency. KEEP THAT SHIT IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR OWN HOME !!! Or in private events I guess.
