You can't pay Walmart to open a shop in San Francisco to watch their stock be looted by your fuckwad voters. First things first, start prosecuting thieves and put them in jail and guarantee that anyone can stop a thief and if the thief causes ANY physical harm to the people stopping them its a minimum of 10 years in jail.
