I heard it was just typical feminist propaganda with unironic use of terms like "patriarchy". But I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to depict a dystopia and it ended up looking like heaven on earth because of their twisted sense of morality.
Allegedly from people who actually watched the movie that's what happened, but I simply refuse to watch the majority of shit Hollywood produces especially if it's woke regardless because it's Hollywood. I don't support people traffickers and paedophiles.
I won't lie, I'm pretty interested in Sound of Freedom and Oppenheimer. It's the first time I've ever been interested in 2 movies that are in theaters at the same time, largely because I don't find a lot of movies interesting from their trailers (I probably should give more a shot if I can verify that they're not woke). I've seen a grand total of 2 movies since 2016.
Sound of Freedom was good. The only cringy part to me was when the main says "God's children are not for sale" but that's nitpicking. It's a fun watch and the media outcry over it is a huge freaking tell because it's a grounded movie about a guy taking down a human trafficking ring.
The only mainstream Hollywood type movie I've been remotely happy with is John Wick 4 recently, would rather watch fan movies and stuff like or short films by indie artists. The ridiculous thing is, even the most kind of average 3D work by them is better than the shit Hollywood pumps out these days, there's been a drop in production quality across the board.
I love Nolan and I did enjoy Oppenheimer, but it could have been better. I normally like Florence Pugh but I've really gone off her since Don't Worry Darling and now this. She almost single handedly ruins the movie. Nolan should never had had the sex scenes. They ruin what would have been a 9/10. now it's a 7.5/10

It's hard to understand morals and healthy relationships when you never experienced living with any.

Something that you'd think would be apolitical.
He says that because the guy who he's playing says stuff like that all the time.
