A) Sounds like this bitch wants a mean girl schoolyard bully, so in essence a self-insert.

B) Fucking tourists. The only characters you could say have more than 50% overlap is Hagakure and Ochako and even that is stretching it. Momo, Jirou and Froppy are not bubbly nor cheerful. Also, all the hero characters are optimistic. If they weren't, they're either a background character or a villain.
