Rikkie Kolle, a biologically male transgender model was crowned as 'Miss Netherlands' and will compete for the title of Miss Universe.

One gender neuteral rule change would fix this.

No contestants that have had plastic surgery or silicone fillers allowed to compete. Natural bodies only. I personally wouldn't mind a "no makeup" rule just to make things interesting again.
