The problem with corporate America isn't censorship at the root level, it's that libs are really good at pressuring companies and conservatives, until recently, are really bad at it and actually refuse to do so. The left won the culture wars because the right forfeited. Boomers believed that the power of the almighty dollar would fix everything. Unfortunately, the real world doesn't work like their "real world."
Unlike some here I'm not a free speech absolutist. I still believe defrauding and defaming should be punished if proven. So I'm not mad he got taken down, he started shit and he got hit, I wouldn't be mad if someone I otherwise agreed with lost their review in that manner either.
The censorship I'm mad about has gone far beyond that. It's about punishing the discussion of ideas, the creation of fictional characters, and most disgusting of all - the stating of objective truths.
Someone jammed the brakes on the vehicle of public discourse, but my ideal solution isn't to cut the brake cables entirely.
