They don't 'think'. Nor would they allow it.
In the better times it was also a nice disciplinary measure, I'm actually surprised Imp is so much softer on that specific stance than I am.
I've read statistics that say domestic violence is much higher than average when the man works as a cop. I never looked to deeply into the studies they cited, but it's probably a safe bet that they're bullshit. Why the fuck would a cop of all people risk a DV conviction? DV convicts lose their 2nd amendment rights which makes them ineligible for police work.
And how can cops abused their wives when they aren’t even at home much? If a cop beats his wife, is probably because he got cheated on.
I was going to say Islam likely caused it to be inflated.
The guy whose wife drowned the kids in the bath tub. I don't think anybody would have blamed him if he beat the crap out of her
