I'm not pro-conservative, and Zeldin is better than the whackjob who now governs New York, but I've heard talk of him as a VP. Considering that Trump may die, or be taken out by the powers that be, that is not the best way forward.

She is absolutely awful on actual conservative policy but her career continued to advance merely because she brownnosed Trump.
On policy, Stefanik is one of the least conservative Republicans. She voted against Trump’s tax cuts and she voted for a bill to block Trump from withdrawing the U.S. from the Paris climate accord. She voted for Democrats’ Equality Act in 2019.
She is awful but Trump likes her because she is from the shithole of New York and she sucks up hardcore to Trump.
