I'd like to be able to exercise it without police entitlement requiring me to get a lawyer to prove that my rights have been violated after the fact. It's complete and utter bullshit that the default position in this country of rights is that anyone can walk all over them and it's up to me to spend ridiculous amounts of money to lawyer up and prove that my rights were indeed violated.
