Of course they work, by violating your rights. If you want to live in a country where you do not have a right to not be searched without probable cause please go live there.

We moved on from stop and frisk, I'm talking about predictive policing, strong investigation, bigger PDs, broken windows theory, stronger sentencing, etc.
