Except you didn't say any of that. You're changing your position because you're wrong.

What you really have a problem with is Liberalism and Freedom. I'm not surprised that you've done this because it sounds like you are a literal reactionary; which means you don't know what Liberalism as a philosophy is, nor what is being referred to when they speak of "freedom" or "liberty". So you've simply taken up the position that Freedom is bad, that Liberalism is Communism, and that the Left are entirely right about every argument they make, you just need to take the heel position.

If you were actually informed about non-Liberal philosophies, you might actually be able to argue that Liberalism isn't actually very helpful to a society. But of course, making that argument about a character that literally embodies American Liberal revolutionary values is ridiculous (those values are why he's not a statist). It's like arguing Punisher should oppose the death penalty. You don't know what you are talking about: neither from philosophy nor comic books.

i said he'll support degeneracy if the government supports it, (as in made it legal), in name of freedom, because captain America isn't going to go against something that's made legal (assuming legislated under proper democratic procedures) even though he was supposed to be against it (because he's a ww2 era huwite male), that's the only reason I mentioned government, if something is not officially supported by the government and is against his personal believes, he would've no reason to accept it in the first place. i didn't say he's a statist, nor did I mean to say he's a statist, I was trying to say he passively supports degeneracy as long as it's done legally

There is literally no sense in any of that. That is still an argument that he is a statist.

I don't care whether he's a statist or not, my impression of him is he's more into protecting the constitution and concept of freedom than the people those rules were meant to protect. Would he care if the entire white American population are replaced by Africans and Mexicans but it was done constitutionally and they all have American citizenship? When Biden legalizes transition for children, would he follow orders to defend those clinics? Obviously you know the character better, what kind of government policy would drive him to quit his government job and go rogue and actually fight against it? He has to have a red line somewhere right?

Literally the entire arc of the Civil War storyline is him refusing to acquiesce to a government program to mass register and regulate all super-heroes.
