“Gender identity is real,” writes U.S. District Judge Robert L. Hinkle in his ruling. “… I find that the plaintiffs’ motivation is love for their children and the desire to achieve the best possible treatment for them. This is not the State’s motivation.”
If gender is a “social construct”, then it is by definition not real.
Legislation from the bench needs to come with a following trial for sedition against the constitution everytime it’s used.
That ruling is literally "trannies good, Florida bad, therefore I side with trannies". Maybe the worst ruling in the history of the country. The supreme court is absolutely going to side with Florida on this one, assuming the FBI doesn't threaten to kill them if they do.
That would be awesome, but I don't know why they don't impeach judges more often. That's the proscribed method of removing those who go against the constitution or the will of the people. It used to be more common. Now it's only used for literal federal crimes. It's not like impeaching the president which itself is no longer rare either, so what's the hold up? (I mean, besides the fact that our politicians are fake and gay.)
Will there be anything left of Ron's anti-woke laws after the courts are done? Perhaps more importantly, does Ron care, or were the laws always political theater?

Why not an execution without trial? The ruling is public, so it's not like there's any real dispute about guilt.
The right to castrate their sons and ablate their daughters' tits, "bECaUse lOVe".
The problem is they love children too much. They belong in the wood chipper.
Nobody can pass anything unless these judges are given the ole Mafia intimidation talk.
