Illinois politics are wholly dominated by the major population center of Chicago.

Chicago is vastly skewed to the Dems in terms of numbers.

No Republican can win statewide in Illinois without Chicago magically disappearing.

Fraud is sadly not even necessary for Dems to win Illinois against any R.
