I submitted about 60 tailor-made resumes/cover letters last year before I called in a favour and got my current job. I didn't get a single interview from that batch of 60 despite being extremely qualified for what I was applying for and having good work experience on top of an elite level of volunteer work, extracurricular, awards, and postsecondary academic achievements. Did I mention I'm a white male?
I'll be using my unisex middle name when the time comes to apply again.
It makes sense that whenever women get involved, it becomes mediocre most of the time. Women are often mediocre. The whole bell curve thing when it comes to technical skills, imagination and etc.

Which means they all probably have to pledge allegiance to female supremacy for any money.

When you apply online when it asks for gender chose "rather not say". I've noticed I got a ton of interviews once I started doing that.
Will do. 👍
0 people are surprised by this.
Putting a woman in power always produces this.
Doubt anyone can argue against that
Apparently someone wanted to, but didn't say anything, judging by the downvote.
Wasn't me, Imp. I'd do you the respect of calling you a weenie to your face. 😄👍
Future generations are sooo fucked.
