They've had 140 years to recover from that.

It isn't really genetics. Or, it isn't genetics to that degree.
It is the complete destruction of the family in US blacks as a whole that is carrying the water for these statistical differences.
It is mostly genetics. Though of course, destruction of family is not helpful and likely the cause of much of the dysfunction in black america (and basically all of america at this point, unfortunately). However, it's not a cause of lower IQ - if it were, we'd expect black IQ to have decreased from 1950 to now as black single motherhood rates went from 20% to 80%. Black IQ hasn't decreased over time.
IQ is strongly genetic. It's a fact.
Sub saharan africans are well below everyone else. Even if you take them to 1st world countries.
The only thing that saves them is genetic mixing.
You know what really helped to destroy the family?
Having such low impulse control and gratification delay, a major symptom of low IQ, that the moment you don't have overwhelming social and government pressure to keep you in line you start fucking every thug you see and flood your genepool with the most braindead violent retards you can.

You're comparing 30,000 years of evolution to seven generations, at most, of artificial selection, and that assumption requires you to believe that a majority of slavers kept the women locked in a pen like a herd of cattle and occasionally brought in a bull, when we know this was demonstrably untrue. Slaves can and did form relationships of their own free will (to the extent that picking from an artificially-limited pool of potential mates constitutes free will). Those who escaped bondage told and wrote stories about it, as did those who helped them.
genetics is not linear, it changes in response to stress, not time.
jews changed genetically a lot in a matter of a few centuries because they kept getting hit with pogroms.
True, I mean the Caribbeans had the same issue and they're doing better too, this is their own self induced sense of victimhood that's a reason behind this.
