Nah they do other races too: Kitana mk1-10 = white. Kitana mk11 = asian (also breast reduction but that's another topic).
Diablo 2 assassin = white. Diablo 2 remastered assassin = asian.
Velma in Scooby Doo before white. Velma in the new Scooby Doo show = Indian.
Caitlyn in league of legend = white. Caitlyn in arcane = asian.
Etc.
It is mostly black though, just maybe 5% other races
