The Red Cross Wants Gamers to ‘Play by the Rules’ of War

A new initiative by the Red Cross called “Play by the Rules” encourages players to not commit war crimes within video games.

Replace "detect mass shooters early" with "uncover and recruit conscienceless psychos and sociopaths that lack any degree of empathy who will fit right in to our ranks".
