They aren't skins, they're cheaply made t-shirts on the merch store.
The skin in the picture is a Lifeweaver skin you can unlock with in-game free credits.
I asked my friend who plays OW2, so I'm sure it's right.
I'm more impressed you found someone who PLAYS it still, I would've thought they'd switch over to any other game by now.
I tried to get them to, but they refused. Too much money down on skins already.
I told them I wouldn't risk giving my number unless the Microsoft takeover is complete.
Nobody is playing Overwatch just for the skins, they just don't want to switch to a different "mostly generic multiplayer game with infinite cosmetic money sinks" which is what I assume his sales pitch was for.
This is especially the case for Overwatch, which lacks the two things that "playing for the MTX" games live on. Which is hot, mostly naked skins and meme crossover ones.
I've never played it, what's so bad about it? The fact that they made every character gay or lesbian doesn't affect the gameplay, right?
I had the same issue playing Smite but I can confidently say haven't paid money for that game in YEARS. Get enough free shit that I don't need to.
Now the only thing missing is better teammates in casual sometimes as man do you get some manbabies in that game!
No, I'm just not revealing anything about their identity.
