“Karen” was supposed to be a label we applied to self-righteous busy bodies needlessly interfering in other people’s lives, but it has quickly evolved into an anti-white slur targeting any white woman who publicly objects to the disintegration of polite society (aka blacks run amok).
Y'know what? I'm sure "Karens" exist but I've yet to meet one in the wild.
On the other hand, I know several women who are they type to send food back if it's not properly done; they have standards and don't take shit. Many of these women are strong voices in the medical freedom and anti-CRT movements.
I think Karen was always a slur, an attempt to villify strong-willed women and cow others into submitting to social pressure.
As a teen, I was working as a cashier in a convenience store while going to university. We had signs all over the place saying that people would be fined or towed if they left their cars in our very limited parking space longer than 45 minutes without authorization. Well, this old, extremely dirty car was left there over 2 hours. After an hour, I called the public security to come give it a ticket. An hour later, this old woman comes in to complain that she got a ticket. She was pleasant at first, while I was describing the policy, but then she asked me if I would argue on her behalf when she fought against the ticket, and I said "no". She immediately started raising a loud fuss, saying things like "I'll tell everyone I know to never come here again!", until the manager came and conceded to her demand of having it canceled.

I've met some.

Whenever I hear about Karens, I think of her.
Your manager was a cuck.
Most middle management are, it's how and why they get promoted.
