I meant for someone who wants to live in Mexico it’s a very difficult process.

I understand. If the US Started levying a massive increase on import and export taxes to Mexico for every illegal caught that’s expected to have come through the southern border they would probably try to stop them. The Mexico/Guatemala border is way easier to patrol than the US/mexico side.
