At the bottom end of the spectrum; Sub-saharan retardation.
In the middle: Trying to ignore health issues to save money.
Spread across virtually all: Grotesque amounts of sugar, high fructose corn syrup, benzoates, aspartame, and the rest of the mile long list of poisons in America food that are virtually unavoidable unless you are cooking fresh ingredients all the time. ...And even then America still refuses to handle chicken and eggs properly.
The BIGGEST factor in America's poor health is the food supply.
