29 Louis Rossmann talks about an exploit found in Android that can only be fixed in older models by disabling Wi-Fi Calling or Voice Over LTE, which you unironically can’t do anymore because every US carrier other than T-Mobile disabled 3G, so every call you make has to be Wi-Fi or VoLTE anyways. Nope
Apparently they fixed it for the Pixel 7 but not the Pixel 6 dunno anything about Samsung or the others.
Seems like a pretty big oversight
Put out a patch for a phone that's a year and a half old? What type of ridiculous business strategy is that?
WHY HAVENT YOU THROWN AWAY THAT OLD JUNK AND CONSOOMED THE LATEST ITRACKER5000 WITH FREE INCLUDED LIFETIME BURGER AND VACCINE DELIVERY PLAN?
Welp I'm in the list here. What are people doing?
People should just assume every Android device capable of cellular access is vulnerable, because it likely is. And to the fools who think patching will help you - these are just the exploits that have been found.
Good thing I use an Android with Qualcomm. Easier to mod.
Oof
No, it’s just the model that Louis owns to use GrapheneOS.
