I genuinely can't wrap my head around how this guy has gotten off so lightly. I'm glad he did, but... HOW?

This flies in the face of almost everything I've seen from British courts my entire life.

Self Defense almost never stands up in court, and self defense against police officers? Diverse police officers? This case is literally the first time I've ever seen an outcome like this.

All I can come up with is that his exploits sexually aroused the judge.
