Maybe isekai and harem mangas aren't your thing (typical trope in harem mangas is that the mc is as dense as a black hole)

Harem def not but isekai I am a fan of, I think its the concept as a whole rather than the way they trend a bit. That being said some of the MCs are just insufferable shits for sure.
