This may be a false alarm. His entire account is marked as "adult content," it's not clear this is that got him. Now, he may have - and in fact probably was - wrongly censored, since it looks like none of this stuff is adult, but it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with this particular tweet.
It is weird though, that it's the full-on "adult content" tag, basically exclusively seen for freaking porn content. Not even "sensitive," or whatever, they went for full on "adult" tag. I've seen whole accounts get hit with sensitive (Matt Christiansen got hit with this, among others), but only pornstars and the like get the adult tag, generally.
I once watched a video of someone doing a wheelie into oncoming traffic before getting taken out by a car. The cyclist was fine but was still stupid enough to complain about having just been hit as if something else was going to happen.
