From what I have seen, it looks like CPAC turned into TrumpPac where they focus on the one man instead of grassroots conservatism.

All of the worst Trump 24 grifters like Alex Bruesewitz, Mike Lindell, Seb Gorka, Jack Posobiec are there fluffing Trump up nonstop.

CPAC used to be the best grassroots event but it has turned into a Trump circlejerk where Mike Lindell is now a speaker.
