I think it's hilarious to link cheating to self esteem and agency.
Like, having an affair is the ultimate proof that you either have no confidence in the choices you made and/or that you are unwilling to own them as your choices in the first place.
Also they're trying to avoid any consequences (hence the cheating and monkeybranching instead of breaking up) so i really cannot see the reasoning behind especially the agency-part.
Women hate confrontation. They're unhappy but they can't bring themselves to break up with their partner. So they cheat and act like a cunt all the time hoping the guy will end it. Then they blame him for everything.
Self esteem = women are so convinced of their own importance that they think they should be allowed to engage in extramarital affairs if they feel like it
Agency = women have always wanted to have affairs but didn't do it until it become easier/accepted as 'normal' by other women
Yes, you could argue whether these really are self esteem and agency, but it isn't unusual for women to mistake values for their "near enemies", a Buddhist concept that fits well.
"Air conditioning / normal 21C heating is also sexist because I can't show my tits with a warm sweater."
The feminist solution wasen't to put on some clothes. It was to tell men whose dress code is a formal suit they "need more flexibilitly in their dress code", aka set the tempersture to 23C-24C and wear short pants and short sleves.
They earn a living, they buy what they need, and they have a sense of agency in their lives that wasn’t true for most women 30 years ago.
Spending their life away for a few pieces of silver from an edifice that only cares about the number of 0s they add to a spreadsheet versus devoting time to care of people who actually love them. And they call that agency!

Don't forget the part about leaving incriminating messages out in the open for the guy to find then using that as the reason for ending things.
"I can't trust you if you go through my DMs*"
*DMs that prove the cheating happened and were intended to be "found" with no effort made to conceal them.
