Because they were literally enslaved by the evil Hwhite man, then flunked out of high school and went to jail for selling weed because of systemic racism.

They would have been kangz n shiet but the Hwhite man held them down out of fear of their superior melanin, and all my white Democrat friends told me they DESERVE everything, so it must be true.
