Republican Vermont Gov. Phil Scott has repeatedly come out in support of transgender student rights in schools.

Is it really winning if the Republican candidate is a fucking liberal?

It's Vermont. The only way a "Republican" ever wins there is if they're actually a Democrat. Same for the rest of the north-eastern states.
