Then again Tina and Linda from Bob's Burgers are both voiced by men so who knows.

Zentreya is definitely a dude. Male humor (slapstick especially), male character design, male sensibility, the list goes on.
The clips are funny, and if you've seen Finn5ter your know it takes a man to be a real women sometimes.
