If I remember right Silvervale is an anime VA so I assume she's a real woman.

Then again Tina and Linda from Bob's Burgers are both voiced by men so who knows.

It's incredibly common for young male characters in cartoons and anime. Timmy Turners VA was a chick, but I'm pretty sure Silvervale is a chick, I think I might be wrong about the VA stuff though. I can't find it in the rabbit hole that is Vtuber lore. Holy shit there's so much
