Joe Biden is a moron of epic proportions. He did not do anything.
The people who have made Russia into a permanent enemy are the same people who keep making Germans look like perverted gay Nazis, while promoting widespread genital mutilation, enacting anti-Black racist policies and placing the blame on "white" people, and generally tearing down every wholesome cultural norm wherever they go. They had a hand in almost every horrific manmade event in the past century outside of Africa.
