Invade Canada depose Trudeau. Abolish their taxes 80%, 10% tax to America. They welcome you in and willingly voted in as states in 20 years.

If a plan like this would have worked, we would have won the War of 1812. It didn't. Invading Canada would make Trudeau significantly more popular.
