At thanksgiving it’s a family tradition to watch his movies and laugh at them
I paraphrase of a line from Under Siege 2 quite often. "This disk contains either 90 minutes of interactive HD bondage porn, or {thing}. Damnit, I brought the wrong disk."
There is one movie where he blows up an oil refinery fighting the bad guys and the oil goes into the ocean and then at the end he lectures about the environment
That movie was his interpretation of Dances with Wolves.
I enjoy some of his movies, and in real life he never seemed as much of a weirdo as other actors. I mean he is but not in any way that bothers me.
Me neither and some of his movies are good but we just laugh at his fight scenes and stuff. Or him playing a navy seal with a big gut (later movies)
Could never get into his movies. Always seemed like a waste of time, but if it involves family, I suppose it's inoffensive enough. It beats all the modern Hollywoke crap and their progressive cringe messaging, which is entirely unsuitable for inoffensive 'television' watching.
I actually have a character in a TTRPG loosely designed after his portrayal in Dark Territory and uses several of Seagal's one-liners.
Totally a shit-take on him since the character's a 7+ foot bipedal lizard called a "Vesk".
“Under Siege” is a silly movie, but Tommy Lee Jones is awesome.
“I got tired of coming up with last-minute desperate solutions to impossible problems created by other fucking people.” pretty much summarized my time in tech support at that Four Letter Computer Company.
