"problematic" means "we have not yet deemed this thing haram, but it is kinda sorta similar to what we libs call haram, so I think we should be moving towards calling this thing haram as well".

"problematic" is how libtards spray their little chemical ant pheromone signal on something in order to provoke their fellow libtards to attack.
