Certainly could be. I know it was also what was behind the whole "Someone is burning down food factories" thing that suddenly dropped out of the news again. Because let me tell you: As someone who lives in that part of the country, it happens all the time, and is usually not a big deal. I also didnt see anyone talking about grain elevator fires, even though those are far more frequent and are more likely to be deadly (unlike the plant fires).
No, that's deliberate terrorist propaganda. They have called a man who was shooting his gun at police "unarmed" before.

As soon as I heard about the chicken farms being burned down I wondered if that applied but I never dug into it.
Kinda like how once you buy a jeep you start noticing all the idiots in their jeeps waving at you.
