Just make it no one gets drafted and strengthen gun rights. That way no one needs to be drafted because EVERYONE is packing heat, what country wants to annouce:

If it was important then they would have made it some huge deal like have it referenced all the time and have it on display but guarded at all times. Anything like that sound familiar to anyone....
It's so short-sighted! What you do is you arm everyone, get people to enjoy shooting at gun ranges and make bank over people buying tons of ammo and wanting 'the new and improved model' to show off to their gun range buddies.
