This is definitely the way to go. There's too much quality film and literature created before, say, 1980 to bother with paying attention to the shit-train coming out of contemporary Hollyweird, with few exceptions.
Yah I watched Tombstone last night. It was a very fun movie. Also I watched Unforgiven and it stuck with me. Other great movies I recently watched: Cool Hand Luke, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, They Call me Triniti, The Hunter.
