I support folks pushing for reparations. If you want to see Asians, Hispanics and white people uniting against racial grifters, you should tell them that you're going to steal their hard-won earnings to give to people who were never slaves.
Virtue-signaling is popular because it is easy. It's good if they make it harder. I also support the movements to tell liberal whites not to call the police.
But Obamacare was race-neutral. Whether you like it or not, it provides tangible benefits to some people. Reparations will transfer funds from people whom the Democrats need to win over, to those who vote for them 90-95% regardless. So not exactly smart.
Uniparty is a real problem, but it's an issue on things like the military and the security state (as well as others that may not immediately come to mind), rather than health care.
As Obamacare would not have passed without their 60 votes. Although it's very suspicious that right at the moment that it could be repealed, several people had a miraculous conversion to opposing repeal. I think it was stupid to not offer a replacement. Taking people's health care away, even if you believe the law in question was bad, is never going to be a good look.
WARNING: BAD TAKE INCOMING.

No way they take money from anyone but white people
They'll have to.
I mean, it's not going to happen (unfortunately), but it would be blatantly unconstitutional if they only took from white people.
Since when do Bolsheviks care about what is legal or moral.
When their hand is forced, as it will be by the Supreme Court.
And look at the historic 2010 victory.
