Lots of people discuss all the gynocratic societies in the world. I'm wondering, what is the most Male-Friendly country in the world. Is it Afghanistan? Are there better countries for men?

It's more than just circumcision in Muslim countries. Sharia law places huge obligations on men. Women are viewed as sort of half-way children, not fully competent to make their own decisions or be held responsible for their own actions. What that means in practice is that you are responsible for your wife's, mother's, and adult daughters' behavior, and might be punished if they act out or break the law. You also face severe social censure and even in some places legal consequences if you don't provide for them financially.
And a stronger (in society) muslim/mullah can take your "wife" and "daughter", because Profit said so.
Thailand?
SE Asia is hyper matriarchal, most countries there will raise their youngest son as a daughter if they don’t end up having one before 3 sons. Thailand is a prime example of this.
The issue over there seems to be the existence of the expats. Domestic Thai men literally cannot compete for women with all the white men. The women in Thailand see white men as superior to domestic Thai guys. The Thai guys therefore find becoming a woman increases their value more than staying a man. I do believe this changes if you're a white man though and being a white man in Thailand affords you extra privilege you don't get as a white man in most other countries.
They were feminizing men long before Whitey came around
Is that what your question is aiming at, best male-friendly places for a western guy to move to? It wasn't entirely clear if you meant that or where local guys have it easier growing up. You wouldn't want to grow up in Afghanistan. That's not friendly to anybody.
There are only about 4 million foreigners in Thailand total. That's about 5% of the population. The vast majority of them are from neighbouring countries.
I doubt there are anywhere near enough white people in Thailand to have any effect on anything.
Maybe the tranny problem in the West is partially caused by the same dynamic, with Chad and Tyrone replacing the expats. We know that there's a lot of value in trooning out in this sick culture if you don't mind selling your soul. We talk a lot about how "transbians" go from the bottom of the woke pecking order order to the top and it's the first time in their lives that they have any social power.
I've also read that Thai, Vietnamese, and Filipino mail order brides are becoming a thing in China as the Chinese middle class grows and they can afford to bring in women to make up for the gender imbalance thanks to the One Child policy.
